Challenge
King Salman International Airport (KSIA) is set to redefine Riyadh’s role as a global gateway and logistics hub, supporting Saudi Arabia’s aviation ambitions and Vision 2030 goals.
Designed to handle up to 100 million passengersand 3.5 million tons of cargo by 2050, KSIA will become a catalyst for growth in transport, trade, and tourism. The challenge was to create a master plan for an airport city that blends cutting-edge infrastructure, sustainability, and cultural identity, all while delivering a seamless, world-class passenger experience.
